This is the MMA Page FCOM clients would use. Basically the end-user would go to their homepage, then they would click on a program, and go to the opt-in page. Then they would opt-in with their email and then it would re-direct to the schedule page and from there they would click on the buy button and go to a form to fill out for payment. Usually they would use a checkout from Rainmaker.
